Neuroradiology Categorical Course

This course provides a comprehensive review of neuroradiology including spine, head and neck imaging.

Course material includes congenital disease, trauma, stroke and vascular imaging; neoplasms of the brain; and neck, orbit and spine central nervous system (CNS) infections, with a systematic pattern approach to differential diagnosis.

The faculty of nationally and internationally recognized speakers will emphasize radiologic-pathologic correlation to enhance participants' understanding of neuroradiology. Learn more about ACR AIRP categorical courses.

NOTE: The August 5 – 8, 2024 course will be held virtually.

Learning Objectives

Recognize the most common neurologic lesions
Describe the best imaging modality for a variety of neurologic lesions.
Identify the tools and strategies that can be implemented to facilitate radiology-pathology communication and correlation
Describe those diseases of the central nervous system, head, neck and spine in which radiologic imaging is key for accurate diagnosis.
