Intracystic Papillary Carcinoma in a Male Patient

Case history
45 year old African American male noticed a lump in his right breast for approximately 6 months. It was occasionally sore and upon squeezing it, there was purulent discharge from his nipple. Patient reports no other pertinent medical or family history.
