Three Steps to Finding a Great Job in Radiology

Three StepsYou have finally completed your training and are ready to start practicing. However, it’s not so easy these days to slide right into a job. I think we have all observed the dwindling job market for the past few years and the frustration many radiologists have had landing that perfect job.

The two main factors which seem to be causing dwindling opportunities are: 1) aging radiologists delaying retirement; and 2) the fear that most practices have about how the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act may impact them. While there seems to be more job seekers than job postings, many people are still getting jobs in this market.
